1.Q: Do dropshipping,doesnot it?

2.Q: How long does it take in shipping order door to door?
A: One week usually.Here we arrange order package and ship it out within 12hours in our working days - Monday to Friday-4:30 am to 6 pm (GMT +08:00) >. And in others time,we have our service online someday for business busy.

3.Q: Is you site secure?
A: Yes all orders are processed thru paypals 100 percent secured "https servers , all other info is safe and we never share other info with any other parties.Also smoothly via hackersafe .etc.

4.Q: How long time does it take for me to get my order once I place it?
A. Orders are processed daily. Your order will be processing with our warehouse or suppliers and you can expect your order to be delivered within 7-14 business days. Sometimes there can be slight delays due huge demands, holidays or?? slow customs processing, but your order will always be delivered,within one week.

5. Q: Are your items all authentic ?
A .Again, We buy overstocks, closeouts, overuns from overseas factories and authorized dealers that say and give us legal invoices that all goods are authentic, however for legal reasons we must say that some goods can and are factory variants.

7.Q: Why do you ask for personal information?

All information included in the order form is requested in order to delivery.

8.Q: How can I cancel an order?

To cancelling an order made in the watchesagent.com system, please contact our Customer Support department at Sales@watchesagent.com within 12 hours after you placed the order ,You will be asked to provide the order's number together with the reasons of cancellation.Please aware within 12 hours Or you order would be shipped out.

9.Q: Do you charge for shipping and sales tax?

No. There is no sales tax and all are shipped to you free of charge.

10.Q: What is your return Policy ?

We are committed to your complete satisfaction . You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

11.Q: How long is delivery?

Delivery usually takes about a week to ten days but customers usually receive their order in about a week.If your order exceeds this time then please contact us and we will chase things up for you.

12.Q: Why I could not use my master card to order?

We mainly VISA Card,Master Card,Western Union(8% more discount),MoneyGrame,T/T.(Note:when u make payment by CC,you have to pay some fees for currency convert that charged by your bank , while ,we do not charge any extra cost)

And when you pay through nps,it only can accept visa card.If you pay through Gspay and Ctopay,the visa card and master card can both be used.But they are a little different.If you choose one kind of credit card through Ctopay payment,you could not return to choose the other kind of credit card.But the Gspay can.

13.Q: What happens after I place the order?

After placing the order you will receive an immediate order confirmation along with an all order's information.

14.Q: My card was not accepted as a payment method, although it is issued under one of the above mentioned international organizations. Why?

Reasons for a rejection can be:

- Insufficient funds - it is necessary to charge your account or to extend current credit limit;

- Your card is on a "blacklist" - it is reported as being stolen, lost or blocked by the cardholder;

- Card issuer doesn't authorize eCommerce transactions - issuing bank must be contacted and asked to activate this service. Of course, this can be verified even when the customer chooses a certain type of card, because there are some banks which do not allow these kind of transactions;

- The card issuing bank could not be contacted and the defined "stand-in" limits do not allow eCommerce transactions or there is a specific maximum value of the transaction. You will have to call your bank support line using the phone numbers printed on the back of your credit/debit card. Your card issuing bank is the only place where realistic information regarding the transaction incident can be found.

20.Q: What exactly can I do with My Account?

You can use My Account to: - view all your order history in the watchesagent.com e-commerce system;

- view details of each order, including the delivery status;

- renew licenses of your purchased software when it expires;

- view the details of the purchased product;

- find support coordinates such as phones and email addresses from Watchesagent.com;

- edit your personal data for future use.
